Welcome to Green Paradigm Institute - About Us

In addition to partnering with members of the Green Paradigm Alliance, Green Paradigm Realty LLC has its in-house marketing and education arm, the Green Paradigm Institute.  Together, we are shifting the paradigm to a green sustainable economy.  Green Paradigm Institute facilitates seminars throughout Salem County and elsewhere in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, in collaboration with Strengthening the Mid-Atlantic Region for Tomorrow (SMART), on green building certification, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and a variety of green-related real estate topics at nominal cost to attendees. Instructors are experienced green industry, building science, and earth sciences professionals.

GreenParadigmInstitute.com serves as a portal and resource library for real estate practitioners and property owners.  It is mostly maintained by the staff or contractors of Green Paradigm Realty LLC.

We walk our talk on sustainable practices, e.g., optimal use of digital files, use of 100% post-consumer fiber paper and vegetable inks, recycling, green cleaning, green leasing, complete shutdown of electronics at night, use of low-VOC paint, purchasing Energy Star equipment, sourcing all purchases locally where practicable, and the like.  We are also preparing for LEED certification for our new office building we recently purchased in Pennsville NJ.

Green Paradigm Realty LLC and its Green Paradigm Institute are proud to be in partnership with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Indoor airPLUS Program.  Through this partnership, the Green Paradigm Group has committed to promoting Indoor airPLUS qualified homes that provide homeowners with improved indoor air quality.

To earn the Indoor airPLUS label, a home must meet a set of strict guidelines set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for reducing poor indoor air quality.  Indoor airPLUS qualified homes offer homebuyers all the features they want in a new home, plus: moisture control; radon control; pest barriers; improved heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems; combustion pollutant control; low emission materials; and third party verification.  Find a builder who can build an Indoor airPLUS qualified home.
