GreenParadigmInstitute.com serves as a portal and resource library for real estate practitioners and property owners.  It is mostly maintained by the staff or contractors of Green Paradigm Realty LLC.

We walk our talk on sustainable practices, e.g., optimal use of digital files, use of 100% post-consumer fiber paper and vegetable inks, recycling, green cleaning, green leasing, complete shutdown of electronics at night, use of low-VOC paint, purchasing Energy Star equipment, sourcing all purchases locally where practicable, and the like.
